We are proud to announce that a new atomic force microscope (AFM, Jupiter XR, Asylum Reasearch) is operative.  The AFM was partially financed by National Research Agency, in the frame of the project “Paket opreme 18”. In addition to the usual AFM modes for determination of topography, the system also enables local piezoelectric, magnetic and mechanical measurements.
