On Thursday, 18 June 2026, the inaugural lecture of Prof. Hana Uršič Nemevšek was held at the IPS Lecture Hall as part of the habilitation procedure for appointment to the position of Full Professor in the field of Materials. In her lecture, entitled “From Surface Topography to Local Functionality: Advanced Atomic Force Microscopy Techniques”, she presented modern approaches in atomic force microscopy and highlighted their importance for the research and development of advanced materials.
